We foster a family-oriented atmosphere and we take care of each other at Alta-Fab. Working with the community in the capital region is important to us. Alta-Fab contributes to a variety of charitable organizations and provides active support to several communities where our people work and play. Training and Apprenticeship
Alta-Fab has a very active job training and apprenticeship program and seeks to hire people with the right attitude. We have created a unique environment that has successfully attracted and retained a large percentage of minorities and women in our plants. Combined these groups make up 50% of our employee base.
