- Acquired a U.S. assembly plant that allows for flexibility and an alternative skilled labour pool
- Developed efficient processes to produce 5.5 high-quality units each day (based on single 8-hour shifts)

Three major advantages of our in-house manufacturing capabilities are described below: - Many manufacturers outsource fabrication, cabinet, and millwork. Outsourcing this work puts projects at risk because customers are forced to rely on a handful of manufacturers to deliver one final product.
- Having total control over the whole process allows us to incorporate company-wide best practices in quality control from start to finish. Outsourcing to sub-contractors can be risky because they may not employ consistent quality control measures.
- Outsourcing, especially manufacturing doors and the cabinetry tends to be sub-par when it comes to final fit and finish. Each unit has slightly different measurements, so having the complete manufacturing process in-house allows us to form and fit parts according to each individual unit.
